AgroPro® respects the privacy of its customers. We dedicate this space to make it clear how we will protect and use your personal and agricultural data shared with us. Below are some Privacy Policy questions that we frequently hear from customers.
How will my information be used?

Your Information is primarily used to deliver results to you, improve existing products, and develop products and services provided by AgroPro. The data collected is interpreted by our platform to generate the best possible diagnosis for any problems observed in the field, support and possibly suggestions in decision making.

We will not use Your information for any purpose other than those described in our policy unless you give us permission, except when we are required by law or to protect our legal rights. For example, we will not sell your information and will not use it to develop commodity defenses or speculators. There is no link between AgroPro and any national or multinational pesticide, fertilizer or seed company.

AgroPro and Service Providers have access to Your Information unless you choose to provide others with access to your AgroPro account information. Service Providers are companies and consultants we work with to support our business operations such as website hosting, data analysis, software development and other services. These Service Providers agree not to use or disclose Your Information except to provide us with their services.

No. AgroPro is not linked to any national or multinational chemical industry.

No. We will not share your information with any governmental entity unless we have been required or legally required to do so.

No. We will not sell Your Information, and will not use it for speculative commodity trading.

Yes. Please email contato@agropro.com.br with the Subject Delete my details so that your account and information are deleted from our systems. But there are exceptions, we do not delete information that we need to keep legally or that is necessary to protect our rights or that supports AgroPro products and services. Also, if the information has already been combined, such as to inform the development of an agronomic model, that information will not be changed.
